Define in detail the process steps and process deviations in the area of responsibility
Promote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processes
Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organization
Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network
Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or similar or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP - MM or in a comparable work environment
Experienced in problem solving with local key users and IT
Very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications
travel requirement for approximately 30%
Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
