Tasks and Qualifications:

Main tasks:

  • Define in detail the process steps and process deviations in the area of responsibility

  • Promote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions

  • Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processes

  • Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organization

  • Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)

Qualifications:

  • Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or similar or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP - MM or in a comparable work environment

  • Experienced in problem solving with local key users and IT

  • Very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications

  • travel requirement for approximately 30%

  • Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
