This position will support the North Carolina State Health Plan customer for banking. Candidates preferred to be in close proximity to Highpoint or Cary North Carolina.


A Brief Overview
Banking support including but not limited to the following functions:

• Daily positive pay review/adjustments
• Stop/Void file upload/review
• Forged check submissions
• Bank credit adjustments
• Manual check requests
• Escheat(unclaimed property) support team member
• Escheat response letter handling
• Stop/reissue for escheatable checks (MIRI)

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently

• Maintain strong collaborative relationship with customers and internal business partners to maintain a high performance culture

• Provide professional, prompt, and accurate service to all internal and external clients

Required Qualifications
· 2-4 years work experience
· Attention to detail to provide high quality results


Preferred Qualifications
· Banking, treasury, accounts payable, unclaimed property and/or finance experience
· Excel and Access proficiency
· Internal candidates: CRS, MIRI, EPDB


Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
