A caregiver in this position works Days, 8:00am—1:30pm. 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Work closely with research personnel, participate actively in a structured learning experience in the laboratory or clinical research setting. 

  • Gain hands-on experience in laboratory techniques, clinical settings, data collection and analysis and/or other related skills to explore careers in biomedical and/or clinical research. 

  • Learn laboratory techniques to support ongoing research projects in the laboratory or clinical setting with minimal supervision. 

  • Learn how to record and analyze data related to research experiments or other data sets with minimal supervision 


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Undergraduate degree. 

  • Accepted/enrolled in an accredited college or university as a medical student, MA/MS student or other graduate program student(EXCLUDES students in a PhD program) 

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Students with previous research laboratory experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal physical requirements include good near visual acuity and color acuity.
