Data Migration Manager

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, REST APIs, and integrations by managing all aspects of data discovery and data migration to support multiple client projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to scope and manage data requirements for PRISM implementation projects. This role will be responsible for configuring and executing Python scripts to transform extracted source data to destination requirements using packages like Pandas. This role will require use of API tools like Postman to retrieve and analyze data.  Work hours must overlap with US EST as needed to accommodate client projects.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data discovery with implementation customers to gather requirements and scope data portion of projects, to include maintaining a data dictionary.
• Configure and execute both native PRISM data import tools and custom Python scripts for data migrations.
• Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data migrations, including data discrepancy reports.
• Stay current with new technologies, approaches, and best practices in data analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data discovery and data mapping (3+ years preferred).
• Experience working in SaaS product implementation projects
• Ability to read and format JSON.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and associated web calls.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload of multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passionate about the customer experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python-related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Scikit-learn) beyond Pandas.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or Python programming.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
