Primary Function:
The Analyst is responsible to ensure customer orders are fulfilled based on commit customer required date CRD) or first commit date (FCD) of the company. He/she will be responsible in the review and analysis of CRD and FCD gaps, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps. Flag critical order delivery misses to SCM Executives for escalation.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze CRD and FCD gap, constraint analysis, drive forecast/supply/buffer review and improvement to attain program goals.
Identify process/system gap and drive improvement and permanent fix.
Analyze and identify potential supply risk, proactively resolve bottleneck and constraint, and provide weekly updates.
Verify and drive resolutions of non-manufacturing holds and maintain a low level of holds inventory.
Deep dive analysis of “at risk” orders and identification of trends in area and/or cause of planned delivery lateness.
Preparation of Root Cause / Corrective Action summary reports in response to customer escalations.
All available options are evaluated to recover lateness on a line-item basis.
Present recommendations for root cause elimination or corrective actions to process owners and SCM leadership.
Active participation and management of approved projects based on recommendations.
Support Delivery helpdesk function as required.
Inform and respond clearly and timely to all queries from ACO’s and status inquiry.
Ensure the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
Educational Background:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
With industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.
Experience:
With minimum 2 years equivalent work experience in a semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry.
Knowledge, skill, and abilities:
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
