Job Summary

Join our team and redefine Xfinity’s multifamily experiences. We are looking for a passionate problem-solver to join the Multifamily product team to support our product portfolio.

Nearly a third of Comcast’s customers live in a multifamily environment, including apartment buildings, condominiums, dormitories, senior living facilities, and more. As the demands of our multifamily customers grow, we must respond with specific systems, interfaces, and services to meet their needs.

    Some of the day to day will include: 

    • analyzing the customer and property experiences  

    • identifying gaps and defects with the systems and processes  

    • hosting discovery and design sessions to solution product gaps and contribute to the product roadmap 

    • partnering with the Product leads to assess experiences and identify opportunities  

    • reviewing feedback from users and operations to evaluate experience needs  

    • supporting the Market Problem Backlog 

    • gaining and maintaining domain expertise in our rapidly evolving industry 

    • building strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Company, including business units, sales leaders, field sales personnel, field installation personnel, and engineering teams 

    • soliciting constant feedback from users of the platform, including building owners and property managers 

      Must Have Skills:

      • Analytical - ability to identify, prioritize, and address customer pain points and systematically assess systems and processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or defects. Includes root cause analysis.  

      • Problem Solving - developing solutions that meet customer & product needs in a practical and innovative way

      Education and Experience 

      • Bachelor Degree or equivalent business experience 

      • ExperienceGenerally looking for 1-2 years of relevant or potentially relevant experience (we would love to hear your explanation as to why your unique experience would make the team more successful; if you don’t quite fit the mold, apply anyway)
