The Product Manager as a part of scrum team, will provide direction to the Agile developmentteam and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Attentiontodetail, customer-focused and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp andtranslatetechnical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively identify and assess new features and improvements to enhance the search and discoveryexperience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, User research, UX/UI, Data analytics, andMarketing to gather insights and requirements

. • Work with cross-channel product managers for seamless integration and maintenance of thesearchservice.

• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses onthosewith maximum value and the development team always has an adequate refined work in backlogtomaximize capacity.

• Develop comprehensive release plans, including timelines and dependencies, to ensure timely deliveryof high-quality features.

• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/SprintGoals.

• Guide/Mentor other members of the Product team.

• Follow competition and industry trends, as well as Agile/Scrum best practices

• Build and manage strong working relationships with the cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, User Experience, Customer Care, Sales, Sales Support and external vendors.

• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance, user behavior, and key metrics.

• Implement A/B testing and other analytical methods to optimize the search and discovery experience.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goalsand priorities.

• Present product strategies, updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Technical Degree, 5+ years in product development and/or ProductManagement Experience, ecommerce or search-based experience is required.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.

• Having experience with Algolia or any other search platform would be good to have.

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Creative thinker with a vision.

• Demonstrates an aptitude of attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.

• Eagerness to learn from a new environment and make an impact quickly.

• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently.

• Ability to understand complex and technical concepts and translate them into simplifiedproductattributes to deliver an enhanced customer experience.

• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good Product Sense • Aptitude for technical products

• Excellent cognitive and communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills
