The Revenue and Demand Capability (RDC) EMEA Lead is responsible for the financial management and operations within a designated service within the market. Key responsibilities include meeting financial goals and targets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external laws and regulations, and identifying and managing financial issues and risks. Shapes and implements financial management strategies and plays the role of business advisor to Service Market Leads. As an expert in financial management, provide financial insights, solutions and controls for maximum profitability. This position represents finance services results reviews and collaborates with leads of finance and other functions to optimize profitability and manage risks.
RDC team is responsible for driving action-oriented analytics, insight and business advisory to the Market Service Business Leaders, Markets CFO, and Global Service CFO, closely partnering with the business and other corporate functions including the new Profit and Cost Capability (PCC) team to drive action to sustain profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will
Financial advisor to the Services Market Leadership with analytics and insights on sustainable profitable growth across the Market and Market Units through its strategic priorities
Address performance issues across the client(s)/portfolio(s); create the operational approach and implements continuous improvement
Manage recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets
Responsible for management of non-contract costs for the business unit
Contribute to strategic decision making as a trusted advisor. Proactively maximize our Finance advisory role partnering with business to drive value through actionable solutions based in an impactful Storytelling.
Demonstrate strong business knowledge in driving sustainable revenue growth liaising with the other Finance teams and the business to drive actions and outcomes in an agile approach.
Analyze and drive actions on pricing & help drive YoY improvements in Won margins
Anticipate and focus on predictability based on actuals analysis with high integration and collaboration with other finance teams.
Fosters a collaborative environment across finance and other functions such as HR, Business Operations and Sales Excellence
Leads and develops a higher performing team of finance professionals in India
Undertakes special projects, research and ad hoc analysis as required

Confident and comfortable dealing with non-finance executive leadership
Experience supervising dynamic teams, with focus on developing talent and drive actionable solutions and outcomes
Ability to lead and drive in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
Good understanding of Accenture economic model and key Financial Business Outcomes and Financial Systems. Previous experience at FBM, CFM valued.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environments.
Innovation and constant learning attitude. Knowledge of agile methodologies
Finance
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance
Need strong analytic and communication skills (written and oral)
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member and manage others
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and working knowledge of ACN financial application suite (e.g., MME, MMB, Digital Tools, etc.)
