We are looking for the best talent to support our growth ambition and become the future leaders of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) through our Analyst Program.

What you will gain

The Full Time Analyst Program, beginning in early July 2025, provides a five-week training and introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities. The training includes coursework in financial accounting, structuring, Excel, analysis, modeling, and corporate valuation.

You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your all-round development during the program.

Throughout the program, you work with a diverse and dynamic team that will provide you with support from some of the most passionate and experienced colleagues in the industry; all while developing the skills, knowledge, and leadership experience you will need to grow both professionally and personally. 

The 2025 Full Time Analyst Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between either December 2024 or May/June 2025.

Based in New York (NY), Los Angeles (CA), or San Francisco (CA), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies.

  • The base pay range for this position is $110,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

What we are looking for

  • An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between either December 2024 or May/June 2025.
  • Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style.
  • Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required, foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ability to multi-task as well as work independently on special projects.
  • Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
