Role Summary

Provides high-quality support to clients with standard service requests on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client service requests. Responding to requests for mutual fund transactions, providing account information, and influencing client adoption of digital capabilities.
  • Understand the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients.
  • Develop and maintain proficient knowledge of T. Rowe Price products and services
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach to gain a thorough understanding of the client's needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Reviews daily unresolved client inquiries to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  • Retain and identify opportunities to assist with growing assets under management

Typical Qualifications

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 0+ years of total relevant work experience

Training Details

  • In-office, 5 days. (Following Training/Nesting/Performance evaluation, associates have the option to adopt hybrid schedule --- M/F Work-From-Home, T/W/Th In-office
  • Training schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-5p Local Time.
  • Eight-weeks of instructor led training & four-weeks of ‘Nesting’
  • For promotional opportunities FINRA licensing may be required and supported by the business.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required for this role.  Certain promotional opportunities may require FINRA licenses, which would be sponsored at the time of promotion.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week after the successful completion of a training program. M/F work from home and T/W/Th in-office.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER APPLYING

Base salary ranges:

$44,500 - $44,500 for the location of: California, New York
$44,500 - $44,500 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$44,500 - $44,500 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations

This job is eligible for overtime pay.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
