Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Sr. Project Manager for Real Estate Execution at Sam's Club, you'll be part of a dynamic team where you can use your skills to influence strategic decisions and make a significant impact. You'll be responsible for leveraging data analysis tools, making member-centric decisions, building effective partnerships, and driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects.

 

What you’ll do…

  • Utilize data analysis tools to explore complex data, build insights, and influence strategic initiatives.

  • Understand member behavior across channels and guiding suppliers in the development of member-focused processes and products.

  • Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships, identifying partner needs, and driving a culture of diversity and inclusion.

  • Plan, staff, organize, and monitor significant projects, while identifying risks and creating contingency plans.

  • Utilize tools and techniques for estimating project cost and time, and understanding the financial metrics that impact the business.

  • Present to and influencing diverse audiences across divisions, acting as a trusted advisor to business partners.

  • Supervise the management of diverse types of products or services, and develop organizational standards and processes to maximize efficiency.

  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
