Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As a Sr. Project Manager for Real Estate Execution at Sam's Club, you'll be part of a dynamic team where you can use your skills to influence strategic decisions and make a significant impact. You'll be responsible for leveraging data analysis tools, making member-centric decisions, building effective partnerships, and driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
What you’ll do…
Utilize data analysis tools to explore complex data, build insights, and influence strategic initiatives.
Understand member behavior across channels and guiding suppliers in the development of member-focused processes and products.
Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships, identifying partner needs, and driving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Plan, staff, organize, and monitor significant projects, while identifying risks and creating contingency plans.
Utilize tools and techniques for estimating project cost and time, and understanding the financial metrics that impact the business.
Present to and influencing diverse audiences across divisions, acting as a trusted advisor to business partners.
Supervise the management of diverse types of products or services, and develop organizational standards and processes to maximize efficiency.
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.
What you’ll bring…
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate
Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
