About the Role

作为地域扩张战略下新机构筹备与开业的业务方项目管理者以及新机构开业后的业务督导推动者,支持首席新机构拓展官确保新机构的顺利开设以及开业后新机构的业务高质量发展。

岗位职责:

1、新机构孵化、筹备与开业项目管理-在公司区域扩张战略下,首席新机构拓展官协调公司相关部门资源,负责推进新机构在孵化、筹建和开业期间的相关项目管理,以保障新机构的顺利开业以及开业后的业务可持续发展。 协助开展政府、监管层面的沟通并建立良好的关系,确保新机构批筹、开业与日常经营等方面工作的顺利落地

2、新机构业务督导与经营分析-承接公司与总部职能战略,确保在新机构的全面落地 搭建新机构业务督导体系,开展业绩追踪、经营分析与业务督导及支持,推动各新机构统一贯彻执行友邦运营原则,助力各新机构业绩的高效达成 协助首席新机构拓展官协调公司相关部门的机构管理标准,协助制定与实施统的新机构分层分级管理机制与标准(成熟期前),例如资源分配、晋升机制等,推动新机构的成熟孵化

3、资源统筹与协调-围绕新机构开业与经营,协调跨部门资源,开展跨部门日常沟通,确保公司资源在负责新机构的有效合理使用

4、新机构组织、人才与文化举措落地-结合新机构开业节奏与业务发展情况,协助布局新机构的人才储备与配置,参--与新机构核心岗位的人才甄选与培养工作,推动新机构人才的高质量储备和人才梯队的搭建与强化 积极推动公司文化在新机构层面的落地与深耕,确保公司文化有效植入新机构的日常经营与管理

5、合规经营与风险管理-承接公司合规经营与风险管理等政策要求,协助新机构持续推进合规及风险管理的原则、要求及相关知识与经营活动的有效结合,实现风险管控与合规意识在日常行为与决策中的有效贯彻。

岗位要求:

1、大学本科学历或以上,保险、管理或其他相关专业为佳

2、10年以上寿险行业工作经验及督导管理经验

3、具备系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识

4、具备丰富的业务督导、业务推动及项目管理经验

5、能自我驱动,积极主动地推动工作开展

6、出色的规划、分析、沟通、协调和决策能力
