What you'll do

As a Market Operations Lead, you’ll be liaising with others to make sure that your team has the correct tools, infrastructure and resource allocation to deliver success. You’ll continuously analyse and improve processes, including operational processes and their integration with technology. With the end customer at the heart of everything you do, you’ll be making sure that high levels of service are maintained by effectively balancing workloads.

We’ll look to you to demonstrate a management style that encourages participation and ownership, along with a focus on customer and employee satisfaction and solid financial management.

Additionally, you’ll be:

  • Gathering information from a broad range of sources to build a rich, robust information base to analyse and make improvements from
  • Recognising the relationships between problems, issues and situations
  • Comparing and contrasting alternative options against different scenarios
  • Leading the operations to achieve their KPIs, identifying clear goals for each program area and tangible ways to measure success
  • Working with the senior leadership team and regularly reporting on progress made

The skills you'll need

You’ll already have extensive experience in operations and strategy planning, and a background in efficiency, operations and team management. You’ll have the communication skills to simplify complex concepts and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

You’ll also need:

  • A background in employee satisfaction, risk and control, strategy planning and team handling
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
