Job Summary
• This role is responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts, conducting in-depth research, and leading customer analysis. The role leads a cross-functional team to execute account specific campaigns, assesses sales force needs, tracks ROI metrics, and drives customer awareness and preference. Additionally, the role oversees coordination efforts with prospective accounts, contributes to complex projects, and fosters internal and external business relationships.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with sales and marketing leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic goals and criteria.
• Conducts thorough background research on prospective accounts and leads customer analysis, including competitive landscape to develop actionable recommendations for marketing plan and program.
• Develops and executes account-specific marketing programs and campaigns including managing the creation of messaging framework and highly personalized content.
• Leads a team of marketing professionals and work closely with sales, product marketing, content, design, and digital marketing teams to execute account specific campaigns effectively.
• Assesses sales force needs to ensure sales force is fully armed with materials and messages to support current offerings and improve customer relationships.
• Tracks and presents reports regularly on associated ROI metrics for improving share of wallet and customer loyalty.
• Drives customer awareness, preference and consideration toward the organization’s portfolio offering.
• Oversees management of a list of prospective accounts, reviews status information and ensures coordination on follow-up activities with accounts.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in sales, channel/account management, solution development, marketing research, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
