The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) organization is responsible for oversight of all areas of organizational effectiveness and administration for Citi’s Chief Operating Office. One of the CAO organization’s remit includes leading Risk & Controls for the COO function, proactively monitoring and identifying risks and establishing and maintaining robust controls. This role will be part of the COO – CAO organization in Operations Controls. Operations Controls focuses on control simplification and automation, risk identification and mitigation, and drives robust governance routines in support of the Operations’ businesses. The Business Manager role requires extensive liaison with the product and support functions at all levels, including the Chief Administration Office, Finance, Operations and Technology, Risk & Controls and other functions both in the region and globally. The responsibilities include overall administrative and operating activities of a business such as but not limited to budget & headcount analytics, regulatory reviews, strategy & planning, executive reporting, and communications and people related initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with product and support functions building relationships with operations, finance and technology to develop and deliver on strategy
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of business management, operations, and risk & control
  • Relay business/product knowledge to internal support functions where required
  • Co-ordinate and participate actively in all relevant business initiatives as required
  • Create and report effective metrics reporting to stakeholders including senior management
  • Ownership of business driven activities and projects across functions, driving implementation and working closely with relevant seniors.
  • Challenge inefficient and legacy processes to deliver best possible outcomes for stakeholders
  • Work under pressure with problem solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of team and autonomously.
  • Foster excellent relationships between the businesses and various functional support functions.
  • Communicate (written and oral) information within and between the businesses and support functions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate across functions and at all levels
  • High level of computer literacy especially in the Microsoft Office product suite, work proficiently in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in global and complex settings with multiple stake holders
  • Prior work experience in area related to analytics and/or strategy consulting
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skill


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
