Global role within the Workday Aliaxis Internal AMS Team reports directly to the Global Workday AMS manager.
Roles and Responsibility:
Handle Workday integration tickets by investigating issues and requests, providing resolutions within defined SLAs, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) when necessary.
Work closely with business users and HR to support enhancements in Workday Talent & Learning.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for new developments and enhancements.
Participate in Workday's biannual release reviews and testing, identifying impacts and opportunities for improvement with new releases.
Create proof of concepts within the Talent & Learning modules.
Role Specific Competencies:
BE (or equivalent), MBA, or MCA.
Over 5 years of experience in Workday Production Support or Implementation, specifically in HCM, Talent & Learning modules.
Strong understanding of Workday Core concepts.
Good grasp of security principles.
Ability to work independently to resolve issues and guide team members in the Talent & Learning module.
Previous experience in Workday reporting in relevant areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
