Job Overview
The function of the Assistant Business Development is focussed on the assistance and support of the Key Account Manager and Key Account Director and on the delivery of relevant information to the Finance department, considering the IQVIA interests and standards. 

Essential Functions
• Creation and preparation of continuous business tracking of wins and losses according to commercial regulations and guidelines
• Regular reporting on current opportunities and translating these into our FC
• Prompt further evaluations, which are used for analyses and evaluations for managing CSMS
• Contact persons for the interfaces Finance and Project Management
• Internal communication and coordination with the respective specialist departments
• Handling of correspondence e.g. telephone calls, e-mail, contracts and other correspondence
• General assistance tasks such as appointment coordination, travel planning and filing
• Office Management (ensuring a smooth internal office process)
• Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
