Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the team in charge of the daily operations of the trading platform.
  • Optimize operational workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and enhance the company’s competitive position.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and M&A.
  • Manage the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Compile and analyze metrics, produce business strategy analyses, simulations and reports around client activity and profitability, sales performance and related bespoke analysis.
  • Build, enhance and support external relationships with strategic partners, vendors and other third party service providers.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes and competitive behavior.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and business professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and business management within the FX industry or a related financial services sector. Experience in a leadership role will be highly considered.

Education

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of FX markets and trading platforms. Interest in technology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive business growth.
  • Superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
