• Design and execute a channel marketing strategy for assigned business unit (commercia) that achieves business 
objectives and considers approaches for marketing to, through and with our partners; Establish vision 
and strategy for dealer coop advertising program to support business goals
• Create and lead deployment of channel marketing campaigns, develop briefs and lead execution across 
the marketing team
• Determine optimal audience segmentation that aligns with business priorities and serves as the 
foundation for campaign execution; Build behavior-based Partner segmentation schema and contact 
strategy to increase engagement and generate incremental Sales on high-value products and top 
business priorities
• Analyze competitor behavior to continually optimize marketing strategies
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to gain deep understanding of channel needs and how 
our business priorities align with their growth objectives
• Measure and communicate effectiveness of programs and campaigns against business goals and drive 
improvements based on insights
• Oversee web store administration and utilization to ensure optimal ROI, including inventory 
management, SKU rationalization and fulfillment and provide vendor oversight
• Manage all aspects of the dealer coop advertising program including the digital platform experience, 
development and adherence to program guidelines, asset development and vendor oversight
• Partner cross functionally to uncover cost savings and media optimization opportunities and make 
recommendations for improvements

• Ensure metrics and KPIs are identified for all activities and align with business priorities
• Own and manage relationship with webstore and coop vendors ensuring they are delivering on 
business requirements and track via quarterly reviews and scorecards
• Plan, manage and track annual budgets for programs
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across 
their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading 
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
