About the Role

岗位名称：高级专员，营销员渠道人力发展

岗位职责 ：

1、定期制作省公司人力发展的日常KPI数据报表

2、追踪省公司人力发展 & 留存计划的执行情况

3、分析人力发展KPI达成进度和增员渠道的管理

4、增员工具的制作及使用管理

5、配合相关部门做好营运/合规流程追踪

6、部门主管分配的其他工作

任职要求：

•大学本科学历，保险专业或市场营销专业优先

•5年以上的销售支持或行政管理或市场策划执行的经验

•熟练运用OFFICE办公软件、熟练制作业绩报表

•良好的沟通和写作能力
