Department Overview

Global Services Strategy, Business Intelligence & Operations is responsible for providing strategy and analytics and guidance to support the SVP, Global Services with business analysis, data modeling and recommendations on key decisions. The group works cross-functionally with field teams, service delivery, new offer management, and other internal stakeholders on high-profile projects.

Job Description

You will work alongside the company’s Services Business Operations Team to help solve business problems using data via quantitative analysis and financial modeling. Projects may include:

• New market analysis & strategic recommendations

• New service offer business case development

• M&A analysis & strategic recommendations

• Analytics & AI advancement

• Development of models based on key business drivers 

• Analysis of Global trends by region to identify key business drivers & opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business financial acumen

• Comfort with fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments

• Good at structuring complex problems in simple and easy-to-understand ways

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Experience working in highly analytical setting requiring quantitative analytics

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps skills, Tableau experience a plus

• Gritty and creative

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors / Masters degree program in pursuit of Business, Finance, Data Science or other related fields.

Basic Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors / Masters degree program in pursuit of a degree in Data Science, Business, Finance or other related fields.
• Graduation date must be on or after December 1, 2025
