Department Overview

Key responsibility to ensure operational excellence in the Channel Operations function which includes the following:

Channel Program
•Drive the key partner program across International. These include the implementation and evolution of the program framework and also ensure the program has the tool, processes and incentive to drive channel business.
•Standardize on core program requirements and deliverables.

Channel Behaviour
•Drive scalability improvements regarding data management and data control as well as by transforming the data into high-quality insights to improve channel processes and programs.
•Drive reseller engagement across PartnerEmpower (& outside program)
•Drive Weeks of Inventory

Channel Development
•Support partners with the proper training, materials, and information to execute sales process and sell product or service. i.e. Safety Reimagined Radio Alert & Orchestrate.
•Align with Worldwide Education team changes to channel training model
•Drive adoption of global tools & dashboards

Operations Excellence
•Digital Transformation for channel partners and internal operations, standardize International Reporting & Simplify International Processes.


Job Description

  • Business analytics of technology mix (unit, sales and revenue) trend.
  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data. 
  • Assist in developing visualizations and tools to improve the data analytics capabilities via automation and process to improve decision making cycle time.
  • Data analytics – provide insights on business intelligence to management and Sales team to make prompt and key decisions. 
  • Work across channels and functions to deliver reliable and timely information on leading sales indicators (sell-in, sell-thru, inventory and sell-out).
  • Drive and implement regional/ global projects.
  • Provide recommendations of improvement of key business processes and tools.
  • Work with cross functional teams to support the implementation of proposed processes that include creating the training/ support materials and developing business rules & monitoring their effectiveness.


Basic Requirements

  • Knowledge in Tableau and other analytics related programming is an added advantage.
  • High analytic skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Good with numbers and attention to details
  • Ability to present and articulate through process and data analytics
  • Strong communications, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Proven PM skills in managing multiple projects.
