You will have a direct impact on revenue growth by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing the processes our front-line teams use to support customers in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between complex data insights and real-world sales effectiveness to drive a more unified and successful customer experience.
You Will Get To:
Analyze and map business processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities that improve the overall productivity of front-line sales and support teams.
Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics for key revenue processes to measure the impact of new tools, dashboards, and operational improvements.
Support comprehensive reporting for existing and new products, delivering data-driven insights and "storytelling" to leadership to track program health.
Manage revenue optimization projects from conception to completion, ensuring all initiatives align with broader business goals and team objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that technical and process improvements enhance both sales effectiveness and the customer experience.
Solve ambiguous problem statements by conducting end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analyses that inform strategic business decisions and drive action.
Evaluate and identify tooling needs and shortfalls for front-line teams, partnering with product teams to refine the technology stack used by the sales organization.
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, as a business analyst, or a related quantitative role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or marketplace environment.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage complex data sets to generate business insights that inform process improvements and organizational decisions.
Experience defining and monitoring KPIs to measure the health of business processes and the impact of new tools or initiatives.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL (or another programming language), along with hands-on experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a developing ability to influence stakeholders at various levels and translate technical findings into compelling business "stories."
High business acumen and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple programs—such as advertising and buyer initiatives—in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated success in project management, with the ability to lead complex optimization initiatives from conception through to full implementation and adoption.
A creative problem-solver who possesses a natural bias toward continuous improvement and innovation to resolve operational inefficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks (DBX).
Prior experience in change management, specifically leading the rollout of new sales policies, tools, or process improvements to large front-line teams.
