Internship Details:

  • Paid internship
  • 25-30 hours per week. Intern hours are usually 5-6 hours a day, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm.
  • Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with industry professionals to grasp internal business processes and embrace supply chain best practices
  • Cultivate robust relationships internally across various teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers
  • Acquire and apply skills across diverse areas of the transportation and logistics industry, encompassing sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information system

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment while demonstrating the ability to deliver independent results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
  • Keen attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate education at a Junior or Senior level (a major in business, sales, marketing, supply chain, communications, or related field is a plus).
