We have an immediate need for a Senior Analyst to join our Asset Management team at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. We are looking for an experienced analyst to be an instrumental part of the team that manages our strategic partnerships on the structured finance side of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

We are searching for someone with a natural curiosity and desire to question and understand the underlying factors that drive business performance. Ideally, someone with financial oversight experience, particularly in roles where they have served as one of the key points of contact for multimillion-dollar B2B relationships. Candidates should be extremely goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to exceed expectations and the ability to influence others to do the same. The Senior Analyst will be expected to:

  • Serve as a key member of the deal team for both ongoing and future investment opportunities on the structured finance side of our business;
  • Monitor the financial performance of the portfolio collateral, the financial health of  assigned counterparties, and overall compliance with our loan agreements;
  • Responsible for fostering strong relationships with assigned counterparties to ensure long-term partnerships for the business;
  • Assist more junior team members with their development as needed.

Ideal Educational Background, Experience & Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top tier program with a strong quantitative base is required; Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields preferred;
  • 4-7 years of experience in a highly analytical field is required, as is previous financial oversight/asset management experience. Ideal candidates will have previous exposure to performance management and analysis, fiduciary responsibility, contract compliance, and client relationships;
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding and telling the story behind the data; expert proficiency with MS Excel is required and knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus; and,
  • Natural relationship building skills; must be capable of striking the appropriate balance of influence and assertiveness with both external counterparties and internal deal team members across multiple departments (legal, accounting, finance, investments, etc.)
  • Ability to understand complex financial and operational strategies and results;
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
