The External Foundry Team enable ADI’s design teams/business units to develop and introduce new product designs by providing the technical interface to the third-party Foundry fabrication facilities (fabs) that manufacture ADI products on a range of leading-edge proprietary processes. Foundry fabs manufacture integrated circuits on silicon wafers in dedicated cleanrooms. ADI work with such fabs located in Asia, Europe and the US. The External Foundry Team are seeking a motivated graduate Foundry Engineer to add to our expanding team that is located at ADI’s Limerick site.
To gain experience, the successful candidate will participate in a graduate rotation program in their first few months, working in several different functional areas, such as Quality, Reliability, and Fabrication in the Limerick facility. They will then become an integral part of the External Foundry Team, working with Foundry engineers and with many other teams involved in New Product Introduction, located in both Limerick and other ADI sites across the globe.
