Join us as a Supply Chain Development Analyst

  • We’ll look to you to provide high quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution in key supply chain systems including jaggaer or Ariba
  • You’ll simplify and integrate the supply chain management approach, end-to-end processes, and tools and you’ll capture, validate, and document business and data requirements
  • As well as working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll benefit from the chance to develop your skills and experience by developing high level operating and business models and finding innovative solutions to supply chain challenges
  • We're offering this role at associate vice president level

What you'll do

In this highly analytical role, you’ll interrogate, interpret, and visualise large volumes of data to identify, support, and challenge business opportunities and identify solutions. You’ll help to define the future systems and reporting architecture for Supply Chain Services and identify business issues and opportunities through the analysis of data and manage system administration.

Working with cross functional teams, you’ll design, build, and lead business transformation and improvement changes before implementing new systems and enhancing the functionality of existing systems.

In addition to this, you’ll:

  • Managing supply chain system helpdesk operations, system changes and maintenance
  • Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis
  • Act as the subject matter expert for your area and make sure colleagues have the support, tools, and infrastructure they need
  • Help to manage and prioritise workstack and allocated projects to ensure high quality work and on time delivery to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Identify wider business impacts across key outputs and processes and articulate and quantify these in a tangible manner to allow stakeholders to make data driven decisions

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of supply chain services and experience of working with third parties. Along with a solid grasp of MS Office as well as range of analytic tools and techniques, you’ll have an understanding of how data analysis contributes to supply chain services and across the wider business.

We’re also looking for:

  • Stakeholder and people management experience
  • Working experience of supply chain systems including ariba, jaggaer or coupa
  • The ability to understand and align activity to the business areas process hierarchy and architectural roadmap
  • Workflow management experience
