SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Preferably has external audit experience
  • Produce timely and accurate work in monthly closing process
  • Strong financial analytical & reporting skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Must have knowledge of Accounting Software. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Accounts Payable Processing. Maintain daily cash management and cash forecasting
  • Accounts Receivable Processing. Maintain daily cash management and cash forecasting
  • General Ledger Processing. Responsible for GL accounting transactions, JVs and accounts analysis and reconciliation
  • Assets Capitalization and Depreciation processing
  • Responsible for Balance Sheet analysis and accounts analysis schedules
  • Responsible for Intercompany Reconciliation to ensure that intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and balance and that any discrepancies or errors are identified and corrected
  • Maintain and provide proper accounting records for Internal reporting, VAT reporting, Corporate Income Tax reporting and External auditing
  • Support Director of Finance, APAC to liaise with external/internal auditors, external tax agents and government authorities
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s Corporate accounting policies and procedures and local statutory financial requirements
  • Require to work closely with the Singapore finance teams to achieve Company goals and objectives
  • Provide ad hoc support in other aspects of finance and administrative activities required by Director of Finance, APAC
  • Any other special assignments and project required by Director of Finance, APAC
