Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Job Description:

• ·Expected to be an Subject Matter Expert on Project Management Office activities, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Track and manage project management office (PMO) activities.
• Proactively monitor and report on the execution of deliverables.
• Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers.
• Lead PMO resources in delivering shared services (admin support, Tooling Support, Resource Management, Metrics Reporting and Analytics, Financial Reporting and Expense tracking, etc.).
• Support Team Manager in scoping and estimating new work; document in Project Support Agreement or SOW.
• Maintain team workload and capacity plans.
• Prepare team status reports and communicate escalations.
• Support PCS capability development, operations, and management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and assurance standards.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and management initiatives.
• Perform services as process owner/lead (resource management, expense tracking, work plan maintenance, etc.).
• Support client PMO lead or project manager in complex PMO functions (work plan management, change control, risk management, etc.).
• Drive continuous improvement of processes; develop/enhance processes, maintain documentation, and create custom tools.
• Participate in Capability building, service delivery standardization, and quality assurance activities as a subject matter expert.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
• This position is based in Manila.
