Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor and manages end‑to‑end recruitment for designated business groups. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, full-cycle recruiting expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation for assigned roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand, anticipate, and plan for hiring needs aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Workday.
  • Leverage social media tools and serve as a brand ambassador for Finastra.
  • Meet or exceed recruitment performance metrics.
  • Ensure high standards in recruitment practices, operational excellence, and compliance.
  • Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with HR and Global TA teams to ensure shared objectives are achieved.
  • Support TA-related initiatives including tool optimization, employer branding, and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience within a corporate, multinational environment.
  • Experience in international hiring and remote recruitment.
  • Exposure to hiring for Technology, Corporate, or cross‑functional roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
