Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of international roles, primarily financial and technical, as well as positions across other business functions
Handle 10+ open roles concurrently, balancing priorities across departments and regions
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders globally to understand role requirements, hiring plans, and timelines
Advertise vacancies across relevant international channels and markets
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs
Track the full candidate lifecycle through the ATS and Excel, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and recruitment metrics
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
Manage the offer process, working closely with hiring managers and HR to align expectations and achieve strong acceptance rates
Stay informed on international recruitment market trends and provide insights to the recruitment and HR teams
Support employer branding initiatives across global platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities as required
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes in partnership with HR, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local employment legislation
Contribute to HR and Recruitment projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc initiatives within the global HR team
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
2–5 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
Proven international recruitment experience, hiring across multiple countries or regions
Experience recruiting across financial and/or technical roles, with exposure to other business functions
Fluent English (written and spoken), with confidence communicating across cultures and time zones
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
Hands-on sourcing experience, including LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday experience is a plus)
Strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills
Understanding of GDPR and recruitment compliance requirements
