Job Description

Who will you be working with?

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical OneStream Administrator to oversee the technical aspects of our OneStream platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of OneStream architecture, configuration, and administration, with a focus on technical implementation. The role involves maintaining system integrity, optimizing performance, implementing enhancements, and providing technical support to users.

As a member of the IT Finance Team, you will be working alongside Finance end-users to enhance the business and experience.

What do we want to know about you?

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a OneStream Administrator or similar role, with a strong technical focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of OneStream platform architecture, including cube structures, dimensions, data forms, and workflow profiles, .
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, C#, VB.net, Python, or Groovy for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL queries, and data integration techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Configure and maintain OneStream platform according to best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Manage system performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain company Cube Views and Dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OneStream with other systems and applications.
  • Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the platform current and secure.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues, and resolving technical challenges promptly.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in OneStream Market Place and financial consolidation.

Physical Demands:

•            Employee is required to work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day

•            Employee may be in a sitting position for several hours per day

•            Employee must be able to read small text on computer screens/monitors

•            Employee is regularly required to talk and hear

Work Environment:

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
