Overview:

We're looking for a tech wizard to join our team as a Voice and Video Collaboration Engineer! You'll be the go-to for onboarding and maintaining a complex ecosystem of applications that power our voice, video, and collaboration needs. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and proxy technologies, plus a passion for all things AV.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Technology management, senior Engineers, and support teams on a regular basis to implement and manage the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that meet or exceed current and future needs of the organization. 

  • Become an expert in our suite of AV and collaboration applications.

  • Seamlessly onboard and maintain these applications across the technology stack.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep communication flowing smoothly.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and embrace new technologies.

Education and Experience Required:

Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture

Network, cyber, and proxy knowledge are a must-have.

Education and Experience Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

You're a master of the AV universe, familiar with (but not limited to) these applications:

  • Audio: Intellor.com, QSC Q-SYS, Dante, Shure, Elgato, RockBot, Roland, Yamaha, etc.

  • Live Production: Figure 53, QLab, Newtek NDI, Zebra Printer, Ephiphan Pearl, etc.

  • Lighting & Display: ETC Eos, Astera Lighting, Crestron, etc.

  • Video: Blackmagic Design, Atomos, Robin, vMix, etc.

  • Peripherals: Logitech Loupedeck, Focusrite, etc.

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $93,581.10 - $155,968.51 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
