Gathers jobs providing support to the business through IT services and expertise. Includes fields such as IT business solutions, data and infrastructure management and systems infrastructure.

Job Family Description -Project Management:
Coordinates IT projects for our company, through technical knowledge and experience. Analyses project owner requirements, designs the implementation proposal, and evaluates feasibility. Reports on progress and any issues. Is responsible for meeting quality, time, and budget targets and for managing associated risks.

How you will contribute

• Provide administrative support for Store Planning Department
• Contact with vendors on invoice matters if needed
• Update and maintain data in the system
• Follow up quotations and invoices

Who you are

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• A good team player with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill
• A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work 2-3 days per week
