Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and document game mechanics, systems, and features, ensuring they align with the overall game vision and target audience.

2. Create detailed game design documents, including game flow, level design, character design, and item design.

3. Develop and iterate on gameplay prototypes and mechanics to ensure they are fun, engaging, and balanced.

4. Collaborate with the development team to implement game design features and ensure they are implemented according to specifications.

5. Create the validation criteria based on the main game design and iterations based on data and user feedback.

6. Conduct play-testing and gather feedback from players to identify areas for improvement.

7. Analyze player data and feedback to understand player behaviour and identify opportunities for optimization.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in game design.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a game designer, with a proven track record of successful game development.

2. Strong understanding of game design principles, including gameplay mechanics, level design, character design, and narrative design.

3. Experience with different game genres and target audiences.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Passion for games and a desire to create innovative and engaging experiences.
