Employee Services Specialist (Employee Services)

HR Services Specialist serve as the initial point of contact for our employees, interacting with them on a daily basis assisting with a multitude of general HR needs and helping with a standard set of HR service offerings. This position also supports the broader HR community and leaders with transactional and administrative activities. This position requires a professional demeanor, exceptional customer service, a sense of urgency; the ability to organize and prioritize.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Be a source of expert advice on Workday, case management, ticketing the HR Portal and all associated tools
  • Manage all in country compliance tools and systems, accountable to ensure all actions are completed, on time and accurate and that the % remains at 100%
  • Creating reports and metrics, analyzing and interpreting data from a variety of systems and sources to support compliance, and HR data trending
  • Liaise effectively with all areas of the HR function - be a key bridge of effective interaction and connectivity
  • Training current team on new processes to ensure we have backup team members
  • Responding to general HR employee questions and providing policy and procedure guidance
  • Track opportunities for improvement across the full scope of HRS work, translating process improvement outcomes into operational effectiveness.
  • Managing projects and process improvements within the team including developing solutions and defining deliverables, required schedules, necessary tasks, and providing status updates
  • Preparing materials, performing new hire inductions, and following through with all relevant actions and support.
  • Facilitate and coordinate functional sub team meetings as needed to address issues or service gaps.
  • Perform transactions using HR technologies (e.g., Workday, case management, SharePoints)
  • Audit supplier compliance to performance standards and report out on status.
  • Demonstrate experience and/or skills to be able to support HR operations related activities
  • Flexible and be willing to work under pressure to meet the project needs/deadlines
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders/vendors (desirable)
  • Experience in Workday and ServiceNow is required for the role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource with 5 or more years' related work experience
