The Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives contributes to the success of Sur La Table by leading development, innovation, and strategic plans and projects for the digital/ecommerce team. Partners with cross functional teams and senior business leaders to solve complex business problems and provides support to ensure actions and execution of projects and tasks, leading to improved business performance. Will help define KPIs for strategic initiatives and report out on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable setting and achieving aspirational goals for growth and efficiency to support overall digital growth.
