POSITION DETAILS

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People Operations Associate to join our team and support our People Operations initiatives. As an People Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining accurate HR records, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Onboarding and Off-boarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct induction programs to provide comprehensive information about the company, its policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the off-boarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and paperwork


Employee Benefits Administration and Employee Relation:

  • Handle employee queries promptly and effectively, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and deploy appraisal meetings and forms during the annual appraisal period.
  • Perform day-to-day HR operations activities to support the needs of the organization.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. 
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and other stakeholders regarding HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

 

Training and Development Support: 

  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.


HR Information Systems:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HR information systems to manage employee data effectively.

 

Internal Compliance:

  • Maintain records and documentation as required by company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Issue letters and documentation as needed, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in day-to-day HR operations tasks as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong teamwork and partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices in Bangladesh.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
