The Enterprise Strategy & Operations Manager is responsible for leading strategic planning, process optimization and strategic investments with our key international partners. This role plays a key part in standardizing processes, driving automation, and aligning regional and local teams to accelerate growth, reduce churn, and enhance profitability.

This position collaborates closely with the Enterprise Leadership, Regional Enterprise Teams, Finance, and Business Analytics to ensure that data-driven decision-making, automation, and forecasting tools are effectively leveraged to scale the Enterprise function globally.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Strategic Planning & Business Insights: Develop a global quarterly planning framework that aligns GMV targets, deals, and marketing with forecasting models and dashboards for real-time partner insights. Standardize JBP processes and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes. </point>
• <point>Process Automation: Work constantly with the local Key Account Managers on automating their highest resource-demanding tasks to increase their work efficiency.</point>
• <point>Identify Strategic Opportunities: Identify and pursue financial opportunities with new and existing large partners on the Bolt Food platform to maximize revenue generation.</point>
• <point>Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams for strategy and reporting, support contract negotiations, and drive automation and efficiency improvements with Product & Tech teams..</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, or operations within tech, e-commerce, or food delivery industries.</point>
• <point>You have a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking. Corporate / M&A / FP&A experience is a strong plus.</point>
• <point>You have experience working with CRM & BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker) and designing automated reporting solutions.</point>
• <point>You have the ability to work cross-functionally and influence regional and global stakeholders.</point>
• <point>You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</point>
• <point>You are willing to travel extensively across markets in Europe and Africa and relocate to Estonia.</point>
