As a Senior Process Control System Engineer in Micron’s Automation Development group at Taiwan Taichung, you will contribute at a high level as part of process, process integration team to improve inline and test yield. 

For this position, review the triggering and the closure status on the OCAP. You are required to maintain SPC/FDC/R2R system and organizing the periodic review or when required to revise the limit. 
You are representing the local SPC/FDC/R2R team in dealing with entire Micron network to standardize the SPC/FDC/R2R practices in MTB. 
You are the one-point reference and provides training to the engineering and manufacturing group when required. 


Responsibilities and Tasks: 

 

  • Report the key metrics on the out of control and SPC/FDC/R2R setup status to management, which includes the closure of the OCAP. 
  • Maintain the SPC/FDC/R2R application software and working on updating if required. 
  • Schedule SPC/FDC/R2R review meetings with respective process engineer and driving for improvement. 
  • Act as an interface person to transfer expertise and knowledge. 
  • Train the trainer on the SPC/FDC/R2R and OCAP system procedures. 
  • Attend and support the internal and external audit on SPC/FDC/R2R. 
  • Develop and digitalize the SPC/FDC/R2R key metric monitoring and triggering. 



Requirement: 
• Have over 5-years working experiences in semiconductor industry(FE/BE). 

• Preferred to have over 3-years experiences of process control system(SPC/FDC/R2R) management
• Conversation English with TOEIC 650 scores. 
• Bachelor degree or above.
