About the Role
• Drive the development of Health & Wellness (H&W) strategy, ecosystem and proposition development for superior customer value propositions in order to achieve the company KPIs.Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitate seamless end-to-end integration and cross-functional Team Coordination: Lead the coordination and communication efforts among diverse departments to ensure the seamless integration of services into our product offerings, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Strategy Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and forge new strategic partnerships that enrich our health and wellness ecosystem, delivering significant added value to our customers and expanding our market reach. Enhance and solidify relationships with current partners while proactively seeking opportunities to broaden the scope of collaboration and service offerings within these partnerships, driving mutual growth.
Performance Monitoring and Insights: Monitor and analyze the performance of our ecosystem, proving actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategy decision-making and optimize outcomes.
Training and Stakeholder Support: Participate in the development of comprehensive training materials and provide ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a deep understanding and effectively utilization of our ecosystem.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and governance guidelines, as well as market regulations, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of our organization.
Ad Hoc Project Support: provide flexible support for ad hoc projects and proposition initiatives as they arise, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Degree in Business or Healthcare
Relevant industry experience with 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience is a must
Strong strategy development skills and well-versed in proposition development
Sound knowledge on insurance products and medical industry as added advantage
Work and thrive in an environment that challenges and empowers its people
Capable to operate in a fast-paced environment, meet tight timelines with sometimes changing priorities
Agile mindset to deal with a constantly changing macroeconomic setting and customer behaviors
Must be skilled in clearly articulating data and reports in a manner easily understood in oral and written format
Must be collaborative and able to build internal and external relationships
You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
Customer centric and strong capabilities in business analysis and insights
Excellent communication skills and proven project management experience
Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
