We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Business Architecture Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily focus on supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of guardrails, standards, and documentation within our business architecture framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for organizing information, updating systems, and ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain guardrails and standards documentation to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.

Assist in harmonizing cloud technologies and standards, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure adherence to best practices.

Support the establishment and enforcement of technology standards and governance processes.

Help maintain a tech radar and ensure its currency.

Contribute to fostering a consistent product user experience by documenting and communicating relevant guidelines and requirements.

Assist in identifying common business capabilities, tracking their usage, and effectively communicating them to relevant teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to model and document business capabilities, processes, and requirements.

Collect and verify information from various sources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Facilitate the reuse of ideas and solutions across divisions by documenting and disseminating best practices.

 Assist in developing roadmaps by collecting, organizing requirements, and integrating them into product backlogs.

 Collaborate with the M&A team to ensure alignment with integration frameworks and standards during due diligence processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in documentation management, preferably in a business architecture or IT governance role.

Excellent communication skills and comfortable with dealing of a variety of people

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration within enterprise architecture.

Familiarity with technology standards and governance frameworks.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in documentation tools and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or enterprise architecture management tools.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with business capability modeling and roadmap development is a plus.
