The Kyriba Sr. Business Analyst primary role will be to work with Kyriba functional domain experts to create integrations between SAP and the Kyriba products. Over time, it is expected that this role can evolve to also assist with integrations between Kyriba and other business systems as well.
As a functional expert you will perform analysis researching common business workflows in order to understand, and define how the system should integrate with the Kyriba application. Your findings will inform the design, implementation and validation of workflows between business systems.
This role will
Define the experiences for end-user stakeholders, process and data element mapping.
Document findings into requirements, to be used by development for implementation.
Be the subject matter contact point for Kyriba sales, support and partners.
Create and maintain implementation and user guides.
Own the processes to achieve available certifications.
Work closely with the Product Managers to define product roadmaps and to monitor and manage the progress of feature deployments.
Provide relevant test criteria and work closely with Developers to ensure they have correctly interpreted the specifications.
Monitor ERP and third-party release cycles for the purpose of maintaining existing integrations to stay current
Work with Kyriba Customer Support and Professional Services team members, interacting with internal users to support resolution of customer issues.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has experience working on a distributed team using Agile methods, a strong communicator who can work with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into requirements.
The product offering and functional analyst role are global in scope and this person will work with teams all over Europe and the US. A willingness to work across time zones is required. This role will be located in the EU, either remotely or in an existing office, and will report directly to the Product Owner for the Connectivity platform.
Responsibilities include:
Performing research to establish requirements that will best meet client or organizational needs
Writing specifications for local and offshore developers to meet requirements, record and track requirements and tasks in Jira
Creating and maintaining product release notes and User and Integration guides, using Confluence,
Perform feature validations and acceptance tests of functionality delivered by development teams
Communicate project statuses regularly to product manager
Qualifications
SAP FI-CO practical experience is required, including payments processing, GL journals, bank reporting and reconciliation.
Fluency in English both oral and written
A successful candidate will also have additional experience working with ERPs and business systems in general and with data integrations between business systems.
Experience with treasury processes and workflows is highly desired. Working Capital experience is a plus.
A working understanding of REST APIs; experience using Postman is a plus.
