Key Responsibilities (Growth focus)
- Lead and execute strategic engagements at key customer. Drive adoption of innovative solutions and unput RD for future roadmap.
- Acquire deep customer knowledge. Interact with customers to gain understanding of their technical requirements and effectively translate these requirements into the product roadmap and engagement strategies.
- Align direction of application development based on the customer technology roadmap.
- Drive and develop use cases, define/find wining applications based on the balance between AMAT and customer interest.
- Provide leadership and direction through managers for providing perspective of customer process and device roadmaps (N to N+2) for a broad function area.
- Identify inflections, threats and opportunities for market share and market size growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with technical buyers. Improve customer(s) preference to engage Applied on their need
- Own and manage technical engagement programs with customer(s).
- Protect customer(s) IP and Applied IP, gather competitive intelligence.
- Explore customer(s) challenges, understand options and influences the customer’s technical choices. Design alternative technology solutions and improve customer(s) preference to engage Applied on technical problems.

Mission:
- Significant Contribution to PDC growth through clear understanding of customer needs, early catch of technology, managing key initiatives and ability to influence customer’s top management. TCD should identify areas for growth and enhance customer engagement, solution position, market penetration and adoption.
