Job Description: 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and understand current order management processes. 

  • Analyze data from various applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP S/4 HANA, and Data Warehouse systems, to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

  • Document order management workflows, including key processes, stakeholders, and pain points. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and gather additional feedback. 

  • Develop and present recommendations for process enhancements based on analysis and stakeholder input. 

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to management. 

  • Support the implementation of approved process improvements. 

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. 

  • Familiarity with order management systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP S/4 HANA is a plus). 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and usage of at least one data analytics tool (i.e. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, SAS, SPSS, etc.). 

  • Strong desire to explore “why” and seek out new possibilities through inquiry and investigation.
