The Business Development Intern works closely with the business development and marketing team through market research, data management, lead generation, client communication, and sales support activities. They will also contribute to client success initiatives, project coordination, event planning, content creation, performance metrics analysis, and administrative support, while actively participating in professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs
- Update and maintain client databases
- Assist with the analysis of client feedback to improve services or products
- Help in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and social media
- Support the team in tracking leads in the CRM system - HubSpot
- Draft and send out communication to clients such as emails, newsletters, and surveys
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings or pitches
- Support the sales team by creating sales documents, proposals, and contracts
- Attend sales meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up actions
- Participate in client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition
- Contribute to the creation of client success plans and strategies
- Assist with the coordination of business development or client success projects
- Help in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
- Help organize webinars, workshops, or other events for client engagement or acquisition
- Assist with logistics, registration, and post-event follow-up
- Assist in developing marketing materials, case studies, blog posts, or social media content
- Help with website updates and content management
- Assist with the compilation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Help prepare reports on business development and client success metrics
- Schedule appointments, prepare meeting agendas, and handle correspondence
- Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the team
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to better understand the industry

Education, Experience and Certifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Essential Functions

- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
