About Nike Direct Digital Commerce
The role of Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) is to drive the most compelling digital consumer experiences – motivated by insights and data – to deliver Nike’s vision to consumers and to accelerate profitable, consumer-led growth across Nike Digital platforms (Nike App, Nike.com, SNKRS). NDDC operates as a business unit in close connection with Nike Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners, to jointly serve Consumers across the integrated Nike Sport Marketplace.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Digital 365 Experience Specialist. As part of the Digital Experience team within Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), you will be focusing on putting the consumer at the center of everything we do and creating unbreakable relationships between Nike and athletes*. You will be assisting in defining and operationalizing plans for key opportunities that drive commercial growth and strengthen our brand, in close collaboration with other digital teams. Your primary goal will be to optimize conversion and the digital user experience and the journey on Nike.com and Nike App, making it easy to browse, decide, and purchase Nike's digital assortment while driving revenue and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be innovative and proactive, and effectively manages changes and complexity to adapt to evolving priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
On a typical day, your tasks might include:
Audit the NDDC consumer experience, analyze data (e.g., click-path, traffic, AOV, conversion etc.), identify (UX) opportunities, and recommend and implement actions to optimize the conversion funnel, incl. site merchandising, online navigation, search, linking strategy, product walls, PDP etc.
Build the dashboards and reports to analyze our data efficiently and effectively.
Operationalize pre-seasonal and seasonal briefing processes to ensure smooth planning and execution, managing partners and conflicting priorities.
Identify opportunities to drive growth based on marketplace trends & insights, partner with cross-functional teams to get ready and deliver those opportunities.
Build presentations, update our playbooks & best practices.
Share your insights, plans, and recommendations with teammates and partnering teams.
Support the testing and experimentation efforts by bringing new ideas and formulating test hypotheses.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be part of the NDDC Experience team and you will work closely with NDDC Consumer Fields of Play, NDDC Commerce, Digital Direct Marketing, Integrated Media, Merchandising, DSM and Digital Operations. In specific occasions, you might also partner with our Legal and Finance teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements for the position include:
Proven experience in e-commerce business.
Proven strong analytical skills, ability to develop dashboards (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau), consolidate & analyze data from multiple sources, translate (retail) data into insights and business actions.
Strong business acumen across digital and commercial ecommerce metrics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and making persuasive & clear presentations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced flexible environment and manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner.
Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Contributes to a collaborative team environment where a diverse group of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives are brought together to achieve a common goal.
A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for e-commerce, retail, sport and fashion.
Bonus - it’s a plus if you also have project management experience.
