About The Role

The Sr Manager of Data & Insights leads the Data & Insights team to provide actionable intelligence and comprehensive reporting across the GTM organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring data-driven decision-making by overseeing data integrity, developing reporting frameworks, and delivering insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement data strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance data utilization.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems through robust data governance practices.
  • Work with various departments to identify data needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage data architecture, including data warehousing and integration efforts.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Foster a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
