About the Role

根据总公司团险发展大中型定制业务的战略规划，制定和实施分公司推进大中型业务高速发展的整体业务举措，并统筹团险前中后台各团队以及Agency ，实施重点客户的业务开拓、客户维护和客户服务等，并提供强有力的业务指导和技术支持，确保达成分公司团险大中型业务发展指标。

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 负责根据总公司团险发展大中型定制业务的战略规划，制定和实施分公司推进大中型业务高速发展的整体业务规划和业务举措。
• 负责对分公司营销员渠道团险重点客户（以下简称“重客”）的开拓和维护，统筹营销员团险团队、团险营运、团险核保和营销员共同参与，并进行业务指导和技术支持。
• 负责对接团险营运、团险核保团队，协调满足重客的服务需求，确保新单和续保业务的顺利落地。
• 制定和统筹实施重客业务的各项追踪计划，包括但不限于：新单推进、续保推进、失效重客挽回等，并督促、配合营销员和相关团队予以执行，确保计划按时有效完成。
• 负责分公司团险内勤销售专业技术的培养和提高，包括但不限于制定培训计划、按计划开展对分公司营销员团险、市场、营运服务支持等团队的专业技术培训，编写课件并授课等，从而提升分公司团险定制业务能力。

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 本科及以上学历，保险、金融或财经等相关专业背景；
• 熟悉团险产品和市场情况，熟练掌握团险开拓技巧和流程，具备承保方案设计、竞标材料制作、业务谈判等能力；
• 原则上需有团险渠道市场规模排名前10位的保险公司，5年及以上团险中介直销、团险销售支持或定价工作经验。个人背景和专业能力优秀者，可放宽条件。
• 有较强的适应性，学习能力、执行能力强，具有较强的责任心与业务敏锐度，良好的协调组织能力和团队合作精神。
• 良好的自我修养和职业道德，较强的亲和力和语言表达能力，整洁大方的仪表和自我约束力等。
