Within the GFN engineering team, this role encompasses work across user understanding, bringing together engineering requirements and establishing product development processes by working closely with by software development engineers, engineering managers, and product managers to connect the dots, define processes, run schedules.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive technical programs from requirements through launch, including running project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running efficiently.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Management, Product and Security teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.

  • As the focal point, schedule and lead status meetings, handle communication of progress/status within/across engineering teams.

  • Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; and collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows to improve efficiencies.

  • Develop technical and user documentation for product features and usage reaching all of NVIDIA and employee skills knowledge.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 10+ years "validated" of experience developing and leading software projects.

  • Proficiency in Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure orchestration is needed, with a consistent record or significant expertise in these areas.

  • Solid understanding of security platforms, specs/requirements and implementation across infrastructure, applications and end user scripts.

  • Be well organized, having excellent listening skills and being detail oriented; in an environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.

  • Ability to think long term and to build consensus to make programs and adoption successful.

  • Proficient experience with JIRA, and use by development teams to plan/implement execution, as well as representing program status to customers using various dashboards, burn-down charts, and plugins such as JIRA Portfolio.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with HashiCorp's Vault or similar security solution

  • Experience with Agile tools and processes.

  • PMP Certification/Training

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
